  2. 4 eggs, seperated

  3. 1/2 cup sugar

  4. 1/8 tsp. salt

  5. 1/2 cup golden rum or 1-t Tbs. rum flavoring

  6. 2 cups whipping cream, whipped

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks, sugar and salt until very thick and lemon colored; stir in rum.

  2. Fold egg yolk mixture into whipped cream. Fold egg whites into egg yolk-cream mixture. Chill throughly.

  3. Serve in cups with spoons. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
