  1. 1 whole chicken, washed

  2. salt and pepper to taste

  3. 3-4 garlic cloves, peel & smash

  4. 1-2 tsp poultry seasoning

  5. 1-2 tsp dried rosemary

  6. 1 can beer (no glass bottles here) If

  7. you don't have a can of beer,

  8. you can pour the beer into a

  9. soda can and go from there.

  1. Preheat oven to 350° or grill.

  2. Wash chicken, season out side and in with salt pepper and spices. Place garlic cloves between skin and breast if desired. Pour out about ¼ cup of the beer (or drink it) add additional garlic and spices if desired. Place beer can on a oven proof baking dish if cooking chicken in the oven. If on the grill, you won’t need an additional dish. Sit chicken on beer can with legs down. Place in oven on on grill and bake 1½ until chicken is golden brown and juices run clear.
