  1. 2 sections Fresh parsley

  2. 1 section Fresh dill

  3. 10 Fresh blades of chives

  4. 3 Peppercorns

  5. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Diced cooked shrimp

  6. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  7. 1/4 cup 59ml Dry sherry

  8. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Salt

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Paprika

  1. In covered blender jar, blend herbs at low speed until coarsely chopped; add peppercorns; blend until coarsely ground. Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth. Chill.

  2. Garnish with additional coarsely cut chives. Serve with raw vegetable spears or shrimp.

  3. Makes about 1 3/4 cup.
