    3. 3 lb Rabbit, cubed

    5. 1/2 ts White pepper

    6. 1/2 ts Black pepper

    7. 1/2 ts Thyme

    8. 1/2 ts Freshly grated ginger

    9. 2 tb Chopped fresh chives

    10. 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley

    1. Prepare casings.

    2. Combine remaining ingredients; grind through the fine disk, and stuff into casings.

    3. Twist off into 3" links.

    4. Pan fry in oil.
