  1. 3/4 lb 340g / 11oz Salmon - cut 1/4" dice

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dijon mustard

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Pureed canned chipotles

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Capers - drained

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Scallions

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Olive oil

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Finely-chopped cilantro

  8. 1/4 cup 59ml Tequila

  9. 8 Fried tarro chips (store bought in bag)

  10. Cilantro leaves

  1. Combine all ingredients except tequila and chips in a medium bowl. Divide tartare among martini glasses, drizzle with tequila and garnish with chips and cilantro leaves.
