  1. take a pan heat oil add mustard seed, cumin seeds and urad dal mix it well.

  2. then add Onion,salt, curry leaves and let it cook for some time, then add turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,green chillies, Ridge gourd to it and mix it well.

  3. Now add coriander powder and fenugreek leaves and close it with lid for 5 - 10 mins.

  4. lastly add coriander leaves.
