  1. 1 - 7 lb. Oven Stuffer Chicken

  2. Rub for the Skin:

  3. 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  4. 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

  5. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  6. 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce

  7. Stuffing:

  8. 1 bunch of Italian Parsley - chopped

  9. Juice of 1/2 lemon

  10. 6 cloves of garlic - chopped

  11. 2 tablespoons - sesame seeds

  12. 1 tablespoon - sesame oil

  13. 2 tablespoons - olive oil

  14. 2 tablespoons - soy sauce

  15. 2 tablespoons - teriyaki sauce

  16. 2 tablespoons marinated ginger - chopped - plus some of the juice

  17. Dashes of fresh ground black pepper

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:

  2. Clean the chicken inside and out and then pat dry.

  3. Combine the ingredients for the rub in a small bowl and set aside.

  4. Combine all of the ingredients for the stuffing and set aside.

  5. Loosen the skin from the chicken and stuff the stuffing all the way down into the chicken. When you are finished stuffing the chicken rub the chicken down with the rub.

  6. Bake the chicken for about 1 hour and 35 minutes or 20 minutes per pound until the juices run clear at the thigh.
