  2. 250 grams flour (plain)

  3. 2 eggs

  4. 125 grams butter

  5. 85 grams sugar

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  8. 1 snicker bar crushed

  1. Mix the flour butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add the baking powder eggs and vanilla essence and mix until light and fluffy.

  3. Spoon out in to the muffin cases and cook for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through out on gas mark 6
