  1. 2 Bunches Broccoli Raub

  2. 1/2 to 2/3 cup Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

  3. 1/2 cup or more hot water

  4. 3 Cloves Garlic pressed

  5. 1 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  6. ! Tsp. Salt

  7. 1 Tsp. Pepper

  1. In a 1 1/2 quart saucepan cook the broccoli Raub until crisp tender. Drain water off, saving 1/2 cup of water. Place Broccoli back in the saucepan. Reheat 1/2 cup water until boiling. Add 1/2 cup Fresh Mozzarella Cheese to boiling water. Add the Garlic to the water and cheese. Stir until it melts. If cheese is to thick add a little more boiling water. Whisk in Olive oil and Salt and Pepper. Pour cheese sauce over Broccoli Raub. Serve Immediately. Yield: serves 0
