  1. 6 Hard cooked eggs - shelled

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Ground polish ham

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Mayonnaise

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry mustard

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chopped capers

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Fresh lemon juice

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks. Mash yolks of eggs with a fork. Blend in remaining ingredients except egg whites. Refill whites with mixture. Garnish with paprika or capers. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 12 appetizers.
