    1. INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:

    2. Makes three pie crusts. Blend:

    3. 3 c. flour

    4. 1 1/2 c. Crisco

    5. 2 tsp. salt

    6. Blend in:

    7. 6 tbsp. water or enough to make dough moist

    8. 1 egg yolk

    9. 1 tbsp. vinegar

    10. Divide dough into 3 balls and roll out into pie shells. You can also freeze them until you need them.
