  1. 1 1/4 cup(s) low-fat milk

  2. 1/2 cup(s) silken tofu (if using a shelf-stable box choose soft) , drained

  3. 1 ripe banana

  4. 1 tablespoon(s) sugar

  5. 2 teaspoon(s) instant coffee powder , preferably espresso

  6. 2 ice cubes

  7. Ground cinnamon

  1. Combine milk, tofu, banana, 1 tablespoon sugar, coffee powder and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until very frothy. Taste and add more sugar, if needed. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
