  1. Grapenut Pudding

  2. Serving Size : 4

  3. 1 quart milk

  4. 1 cup Grapenuts

  5. 4 eggs, beaten

  6. 1 cup sugar

  7. Dash salt

  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  9. Nutmeg

  10. Warm the milk, then pour over Grapenuts in bowl. Let stand 15

  11. minutes. Then add beaten eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla, stirring

  12. 13"x

  14. 2" baking pan or dish. Sprinkle

  15. nutmeg over top just before baking. Place pan in larger pan with

  16. 1" or 2" of hot water in bottom of pan. Bake at

  17. 350 degrees for 1 hour or until custard is set

  18. center. It should come out clean if pudding is done. If not, bake

  19. 5 minutes or 10 minutes longer.

  20. 1/2 recipe.
