  1. 8 Cervena chops

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Jalapeno jelly

  3. 1 cup 237ml Ground roasted peanuts unsalted

  4. Wood chips

  5. Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chops and let meat breathe uncovered in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

  2. When ready, grill the chops over a hot fire until medium rare, about 2 to 3 minutes each side.

  3. Remove from grill and brush jelly over meat. Sprinkle peanuts over meat and pat down with your hand so they stick.

  4. Serve with your favorite side dish.
