  2. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

  3. 2 tablespoons butter, softened

  4. Pastry for double-crust pie (9 inches)

  1. Easy Cranberry Pie Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a large bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, brown sugar and butter. Line pie plate with bottom pastry; add filling.

  2. Top with a lattice crust. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned. Yield: 6-8 servings.

  3. Editor's Note: For festively decorated pie, use a cookie cutter to cut out Christmas tree shapes from the top pastry instead of using a lattice crust. Place the dough shapes on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly; arrange on top of baked pie.
