  2. 1, 10 ounces, package wheel macaroni

  3. 1 bay leaf

  4. 2 pounds ground beef

  5. 1 large onion, chopped

  6. 4, 8 ounces, cans tomato sauce or juice

  7. 1 can whole kernel corn, drained

  8. 2 tablespoon schopped parsley

  9. 2 teaspoons MSG or Accent

  10. 2 teaspoons chili powder

  11. 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

  12. 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  13. 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

  14. 1/2 teaspoon leaf oregano

  15. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  16. 1/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions, adding bay leaf to salted water.

  2. Do not overcook. Drain.

  3. Brown meat and onion in large skillet until meat is broken into pieces.

  4. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.

  5. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Mix with macaroni and cheese.

  7. Pour into a 1 gallon vacuum bottle.
