  3. 2 tablespoons Old El Paso® 40% Less-Sodium taco seasoning mix (from 1 1/4-oz package)

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. In 15x10x1-inch pan with sides, place potatoes. Spray potatoes with cooking spray; toss and spray again. Sprinkle with taco seasoning mix; toss to coat.

  2. Bake 18 to 20 minutes until crisp and thoroughly heated.
