  1. 2 pound(s) small tilapia fillets

  2. 2 foil packets Goya sazón

  3. 1 teaspoon(s) Mexican oregano , crumbled 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil

  4. 1 tablespoon(s) orange juice

  1. Cut tilapia fillets in half lengthwise; place on a baking sheet.

  2. In a small cup, mix packets of Goya Sazón with oregano, vegetable oil, and orange juice. Brush mixture over fillets. (Fish can be prepared up to this point 2 hours before grilling or broiling.)

  3. Place fish on a nonstick or well-oiled cooking grate over a hot fire or coals and grill (or broil 4 inches from heat source), 3 minutes per side (depending on thickness) or until cooked through and flaky. Break into smaller pieces with a fork.

  4. Serve in build-your-own-tacos with assorted salsas and toppings.
