  8. 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

  13. 2 tablespoon Sesame seed paste -- - or 2 tablespoon Peanut butter -- diluted in

  14. 2 tablespoon Water

  15. 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  16. 2 teaspoon Sugar

  17. 2 tablespoon Soy sauce

  18. 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar

  19. 2 tablespoon Sesame seed oil

  20. 1 teaspoon Pepper oil -- -*check recipe

  21. Combine beef, salt, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well with hand. Bring oil in

  22. 400. Deep fry beef

  23. 1 minute. Drain. Remove beef. Bring oil to

  24. temperature again and deep fry 1 minute more. Drain and remove to platter mix

  25. ingredients into a smooth, thin sauce.

  26. Heat in saucepan and pour over beef. I like to add chopped carrot, or peanuts
