  1. 2 pounds ahi, diced

  2. 1/2 cup minced onion

  3. 1/2 cup chopped green onion

  4. 1 cup crabmeat

  5. Aloha Shoyu, to taste

  6. 1 bottle shichimi pepper, to taste

  7. Sambal , to taste

  8. Sesame oil, to taste

  9. 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

  10. Taro rolls (recommended: Ani's Bakery)

  11. Micro greens, for garnish , optional

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ahi, onion, green onion and crabmeat with shoyu, shichimi, sambal, to taste, and sesame oil . Fold in mayonnaise and mix until combined well. Chill mixture until ready to use.

  2. To serve, place poke mixture in taro roll topped with micro greens of your choice.
