  1. 3 tablespoons oil

  2. 1 onion finely diced

  3. 2-3 cloves of garlic sliced

  4. 1 tablespoon cumin -coriander powder

  5. 1 teaspoon red chili powder

  6. 2 tablespoons grated sweet chutney (Like mango)

  7. 2 tomato es diced

  8. 1 teaspoon salt

  9. 2 cups whole yogurt strained

  1. Heat the oil and add the onions and garlic and sauté till translucent.

  2. Add in the cumin-coriander and chili powders, followed by the sweet chutney.

  3. Mix in the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes with the salt.

  4. Add in the yogurt, heat through but do not boil.
