  2. 1 package dry onion soup mix

  3. 1 teaspoon fresh ginger -- grated

  4. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

  5. 3/4 cup water

  6. 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

  7. 1 pound beef sirloin steak -- cut in thin strips

  8. 1 1/2 cups broccoli flowerets

  9. 2 medium carrots -- cut in matchsticks

  1. In a small bowl combine soup mix, ginger, garlic powder and water;

  2. setaside.

  3. In a 10 inch skillet overr medium high heat, stir fry half of thebeefin the oiluntil browned; remove set aside and repeat with remaining beef.

  4. In the same skillet combine soup mixutre, broccoli and carrots, heatto boiling.

  5. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 3 minutes or until vegetables aretender crisp, stirringoccasionally. Return beef to skillet, and heat through.

  6. Serve with rice.
