  7. 1 pound ground beef, extra lean

  8. 1/2 cup onion -- chopped

  9. 1/2 cup green bell pepper -- chopped

  10. 1/4 cup water

  11. 8 ounces tomato sauce

  12. 6 ounces tomato paste

  13. 1/2 package taco seasoning mix

  14. 1/2 cup black olives -- chopped

  15. 6 flour tortillas non-fat

  16. 1 cup mozzarella cheese non-fat -- shredded

  17. 1 cup cheddar cheese non-fat -- shredded

  18. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  19. Cook ground beef with onions and green peppers. Then combine the drained

  20. beef with the tomato paste, sauce, water and seasoning and simmer until

  21. 13 x 8 pan make a single layer with

  23. tortillas. Pour half of the sauce over it evenly, and sprinkle half the

  24. olives and half of the cheeses. Repeat. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
