  3. 1 Small tomato paste

  4. 1 Red chili

  5. 2 Cloves

  6. 2 Cardamom

  7. 1/2 Cinnamon stick

  8. 1 Bay leaf

  9. 1 Light whipping cream

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dhania powder

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cumin powder

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Garam masala

  13. 1 1/4 teaspoons 6 1/3ml Chilli powder

  14. 1/2 Ginger paste

  15. 6 lbs 2724g / 96oz Garlic paste Fresh coriander Salt Turmeric

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Heat oil 2. Add red chilli, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaf until the bay leaf turns golden brown.

  2. Add the onion and fry for two minute.

  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 4 - 6 minute.

  4. Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle chili, dhania powder, cumin powder and turmeric.

  6. Cover chicken + salt (add water if needed) and cook for around 15 minutes until 3/4 cooked.

  7. Add can of tomato paste and cook on low heat 9. Just before removing add the whipping cream and cook for a few minutes.

  8. . Add Garam Masala and coriander leaves.

  9. . Remove after a couple of minutes.
