  1. This is a very easy recipe. Just add all ingredients in a casserole.

  2. Let it boil for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until beef is tender. Once it boils, lower the fire to tenderize beef in just a short while.

  3. Add water once in a while depending on your desire.
