  1. Instructions Mix the chestnuts, butter, slightly beaten eggs and seasonings. Shape into croquettes. Roll in crumbs, beaten egg and crumbs. Fry in deep hot fat until crumbs are brown. The croquettes may be served with brown sauce or tomato sauce.
