  1. 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

  2. 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

  3. 1 cup diced celery

  4. 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper

  5. 2 tablespoons diced green onions

  6. 1 tablespoon chopped pimento

  7. 1 cup mayonnaise

  8. 1 teaspoon lemon pepper

  9. 1 teaspoon House Seasoning, recipe follows

  10. 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard

  11. Salt and freshly cracked black pepper

  12. 1 cup salt

  13. 1/4 cup garlic powder

  14. 1/4 cup black pepper

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover and put into the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  2. Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
