  1. 4 cups apple cider or apple juice

  2. 1 (18-ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice

  3. 2 cups fresh raspberries or 2 cups frozen slightly sweetened raspberries

  4. 1 teaspoon whole allspice

  5. 1 teaspoon whole cloves

  6. 1 whole nutmeg

  7. 4 packets Equal sweetener or 1 1/4 teaspoons Equal for Recipes

  1. In a large saucepan combine apple cider or juice, pineapple juice, berries and spices; slowly bring mixture to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat; strain to remove seeds. Stir in Equal sweetener . Serve in mugs. Garnish each serving with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
