  1. 14 Hard cooked eggs

  2. 1 Garbanzo beans - drained

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Plain low-fat yogurt

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Dijon mustard

  5. 1 Garlic - minced

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Red caviar - optional

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise; carefully remove and discard yolks.

  2. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add beans and next 3 ingredients.

  3. Process until smooth. Spoon mixture into a decorating bag fitted with a large star tip; pipe mixture into egg cavities.

  4. Top evenly with caviar, if desired.
