  1. 4 lbs 1816g / 64oz Spareribs

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Soy sauce

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Dry sherry

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Water

  5. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Brown sugar

  6. 2 Garlic - crushed

  1. Preheat oven to 350x. arrange the ribs in a roasting pan. Combine all the other ingredients, stir well and pour the marinade over the ribs coating them well. Cover the roasting pan and bake the ribs for about 45 min., turning them a couple of times.

  2. Set your BBQ grill high above the coals, or use an indirect heat method. When the coals are ready arrange the ribs on the grill. Cook for about 30 min., or until done, when the meat is brown and tender. Baste often and if you're not using a rib rack and indirect heat, turn the ribs every now and then as well.
