  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Vegetable oil

  2. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Onion - minced

  3. 1 Garlic - minced

  4. 1 1/2 cup 118ml Honey

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cider or sherry wine

  6. Vinegar

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh parsley - minced

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  10. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Cayenne

  11. Tomato sauce

  1. Heat oil in medium skillet.

  2. Add onion and garlic and saute on medium - high heat until onion is transparent.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 min.

  4. Remove from heat. Makes 1 cup.
