  1. Blanch vermicelli until loosen in boiling water. Rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.

  2. Cut pork, Chinese mushroom and onion into shreds.

  3. Sauté shredded pork in 3 Tablespoons oil until fragrant. Add onion and Chinese mushroom, stir well. Set aside.

  4. Add vermicelli, pork, onion, mushroom and sauce mix and stir-fry until the sauce dries up.
