  1. 8 ounces bow tie pasta

  2. oil

  3. 1/4 cup chopped garlic

  4. 1/2 cup feta cheese, chopped or crumbled into small pieces

  5. 1/2 cup black olives, sliced

  6. 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped

  7. 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, softened in warm water and chopped

  8. 3/4-1 cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing (or Italian dressing)

  1. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until tender, about 9 to 10 minutes.

  2. Immediately chill in ice water, drain and toss with a little oil.

  3. Combine pasta with all the other ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
