  1. Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur

  2. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  3. 1 bottle chilled Champagne

  4. 1 cup fresh orange juice

  1. Pour a small amount of Grand Marnier in a small bowl.

  2. Place the sugar in a saucer.

  3. Dip the rims of Champagne glasses first in Grand Marnier, then in the sugar.

  4. Fill each Champagne glass with three parts Champagne and 1 part orange juice.
