  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Minced onion

  3. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Lean sirloin steak - pounded, and Cut into 1" cubes

  4. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Fresh mushrooms - sliced Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  5. 1 Nutmeg

  6. 1 cup 237ml Low-fat sour cream

  7. 9 oz 255g Uncooked noodles

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil, add the onion and beef, and saute for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms, pepper, and nutmeg. Reduce the heat to low and add the sour cream, stirring constantly until well-blended. Cook noodles in boiling water for 9 to 10 minutes. Drain. Place noodles on a serving dish and place beef mixture on top. Serve. This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 3 ounces meat plus 1/2 cup noodles.
