  1. 1 Curly chicory or romaine lettuce - washed, dried,

  3. 1 Orange - peeled, sectioned, (large)

  4. And cut into small pieces 1 Grapefruit - peeled, sectioned,

  5. And cut into small pieces 1 Pomegranate - seeds only

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Extra-virgin olive oil

  7. Juice of 1 medium orange

  8. Fine sea salt - to taste

  1. Place the lettuce leaves in a bowl, and add the orange and grapefruit sections and pomegranate seeds.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and orange juice. Pour over the salad, sprinkle with salt, and toss gently. Serve immediately.

  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
