  1. 1 pkg (3 1/2 ounces) pepperoni slices,diced

  2. 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

  3. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  4. 2 Tbsp. flour

  5. 1 clove garlic, minced

  6. 2 pkgs refrigerated French bread dough

  7. 1 egg

  8. 1 tsp. oregano

  9. 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

  10. 2 cups pizza sauce, warmed

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Dice pepperoni. Combine pepperoni, parsley, mozzarella cheese, flour and garlic and mix well. Place bread dough, seam sides up, on cutting surface. Slice each loaf lengthwise, end to end, cutting halfway through to center of loaf. Spread open flat. Roll dough gently crosswise to a 4-inch width, creating a well down center of each loaf. Spoon half of the pepperoni mixture down center of each loaf. Gather up edges over filling, pinching firmly to seal. Place loaves seam sides down, in an "X" pattern on baking sheet. Crisscross ends of dough to form a large figure "8". Separate egg. Beat egg white and oregano, lightly brush over dough. Grate Parmesan cheese over loaf and bake 30-32 minutes until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into slices and serve with warm pizza sauce.
