  1. 2 cups flour

  2. 1 tsp baking soda

  3. large pinch salt

  4. 2-1/4 cups milk (or buttermilk)

  5. 3 eggs

  6. 4 tbsps melted butter or oil

  7. Mix everything up until just moistened and start making pancakes! You can add fruit or whatever you want.
