  1. 3 cups 711ml Strawberries - sliced

  2. 1 Fat-free cream cheese

  3. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sifted powdered sugar

  4. 1/3 cup 78ml Lemon nonfat yogurt

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon peel - finely shredded

  6. 2 cups 474ml Low fat whipped dessert topping - thawed

  7. 2 Vanilla or chocolate wafers - crushed

  1. Recipe Instructions In a 2-quart clear glass bowl layer half of the strawberries. Set aside. In medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon yogurt and lemon peel. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed till light and fluffy. Carefully spread mixture over strawberries. Arrange remaining sliced strawberries on top. Spread with whipped topping. Sprinkle cookie crumbs on top. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
