  1. 4 tablespoons 60ml Butter

  2. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Confectioner's sugar

  3. 1 Egg - separated

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Sweetened cranberry juice

  5. 1/2 Orange rind - grated

  1. Recipe Instructions Cream butter and sugar together. Add beaten egg yolk, cranberry juice and orange rind. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white just before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups and is excellent when poured over the Cranberry Pudding.
