  1. 2 cups white rice

  2. can of water chestnuts

  3. green onion

  4. 1 lb ground turkey

  5. garlic

  6. ginger

  7. asian seasoning

  8. soy sauce

  9. rice wine vinegar

  1. Prepare the rice and set aside. Brown the ground turkey with garlic, diced ginger and asian spices. Drain the drippings and return to skillet. Add 3 parts soy sauce to 1 part rice wine vinegar. Add water chestnuts and chopped green onion. Cook until the water chestnuts soy sauce turns the water chestnuts brown. Serve over rice.
