  1. 1 Reserved Peking Chicken

  2. 5 Scallions, white part only thinly sliced

  3. Red bell pepper -- sliced

  4. 2 cups Reserved Stir Fried Broccoli with Garlic

  5. 1 tablespoon Honey

  6. 3 tablespoons Rice vinegar

  7. 1 1/2 tablespoon Dark sesame oil

  8. 1 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce, low sodium

  9. teaspoon Hot pepper sauce

  10. 1 1/2 tablespoon Peanut oil

  1. Cut the reserved chicken into 1" chunks. You should have about 5 cups. Place in a microwave dish, cover with plastic, and warm in microwave at full power for 2 minutes. Meanwhile toss the scallions, bell pepper and reserved broccoli in a large salad bowl. Mix the honey , vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce, and peanut oil in a small bowl. Toss the chicken and vegetables with the dressing and serve.
