  1. 10-grain congee

  2. 250 g 1/2 packet

  3. 250 g Water

  4. 2 L Premium Oyster Sauce

  5. to taste Pepper

  6. to taste Marinade

  7. Pure Sesame Oil

  8. 1 tsp Premium Oyster Sauce

  9. 3 tbsp Water

  10. 1 tbsp Corn starch

  11. 1 tsp Toppings

  12. Diced green onion

  1. Mix minced pork with marinade. Divide into 16 portions and form into balls.

  2. Cook 10-grain congee according to packet instructions. Add meatballs and cook for 5 minutes or until done. Season according to personal taste. Top with diced green onion. Serve hot.
