  1. 2 large, orange-fleshed sweet potatoes (about 2 lbs.)

  2. 1/2 cup(s) vinaigrette dressing, bottled, divided

  3. 1/2 cup(s) fresh basil, cut into thin strips

  4. 2 teaspoon(s) thyme leaves (fresh or dried)

  5. 1/2 cup(s) feta cheese, crumbled

  6. 1 tablespoon(s) Worchestershire sauce

  7. white pepper, to taste

  8. salt, to taste

  9. 1/2 cup(s) green onion, sliced

  1. Peel sweet potatoes. Cut into slices about 1/2-inch thick. Coat sweet potato slices with 1/4 cup of vinaigrette. Set aside.

  2. Heat grill to medium-high. Grill sweet potato slices 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until the potatoes are tended when pierced with fork. Larger slices may require additional grilling time. Let grilled sweet potato slices cool.

  3. Chop sweet potatoes into cubes and place in medium bowl. Add sliced green onion, basil and thyme, stirring gently. Pour remaining vinaigrette and Worchestershire over mixture, and add crumbled feta. Combine gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired. Refrigerate or serve at room temperature.
