  1. 6 lbs 2724g / 96oz Back ribs

  2. Sweet and Sour Sauce

  3. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Ketchup

  4. 3/4 cup 177ml Water

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Honey

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  7. 4 teaspoons 20ml Lemon juice

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Onion (small)

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Prepare a charcoal grill.

  3. Grill ribs for one hour over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally.

  4. Brush ribs with sauce.

  5. Turn and cook for 20 minutes or longer until done.
