  1. 3 cloves garlic , minced

  2. 1 onion , chopped

  3. 3 tbsp butter

  4. 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  5. 3 (14 oz) cans chicken broth

  6. 4 cups half-and-half

  7. 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup

  8. 1 cup salsa

  9. 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn

  10. 6 cooked boneless chicken breast halves, shredded

  11. 2 tsp ground cumin

  12. 1 (1 1/57 oz) package fajita seasoning

  13. 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro Tortilla chips Shredded cheese

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, saute garlic and onion in the butter for 5 minutes. Add flour and stir well, cooking for 1 minute more. Add the broth and half-and-half. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Add the soup, salsa, corn, chicken, cumin, fajita seasoning and 2 tbsp of cilantro. Stir and continue to heat for 15 minutes. Serve topped with tortilla chips, cheese, and remaining cilantro.
