  1. 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained -

  2. 2 cups Minute Rice® (uncooked) -

  3. 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4-ounce can) -

  4. 1 1/2 cans milk (use the soup can) -

  5. 4 teaspoons soy sauce -

  6. 4 stalks celery, chopped -

  7. 1 package chow mein noodles (small bag)

  1. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients except the chow mein noodles. Transfer to a 9- x 13-inch baking dish or a casserole dish. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes. After baking for 30 minutes, sprinkle on the chow mein noodles; then bake for 5 minutes more.
