  4. 2 cups 474ml Lentils - cooked, drained & m

  5. 2 cups 474ml Potato - mashed

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Whole-wheat bread crumbs - in

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried parsley

  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Dried sage

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried thyme

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried marjoram

  11. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Dried rosemary

  12. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Black pepper - ground

  1. Recipe Instructions Preparation Time: 0:50 Preheat the oven to 350F. Saute the onion and celery in the water about 10 minutes. Combine in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into patties and place on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn and bake for an additional 20 minutes Serve hot on toasted whole wheat burger buns.
