  1. 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

  2. 1/2 cup light corn syrup -- (treacle)

  3. 1/4 cup milk

  4. 2 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur or to taste

  5. 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Preparation : Place chocolate chips and corn syrup in 4 cup measure. Microwave uncovered on 50% until mixture can be stirred smooth.

  2. 1/2 - 2 mins. Stir in milk, liqueur and cinnamon. Microwave uncovered on medium setting, stirring every minute, until warm.

  3. - 3 minutes. Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish to keep warm. If mixture becomes too thick, stir in small amount of milk.
