  1. 6 oz spaghetti

  2. 2 T butter

  3. 1/3 c grated Parmesan

  4. 2 beaten egg s

  5. 1 lb ground beef

  6. 1/2 c onion , chopped

  7. 8 oz whole tomato es, chopped

  8. 6 oz tomato paste

  9. 1 t sugar

  10. 1 t oregano

  11. 1/2 t garlic salt

  12. 1 c cottage cheese

  13. 1/2 c mozzarella cheese (more if desired)

  14. 1/4 c green pepper

  1. Cook spaghetti, drain. Stir butter into hot spaghetti, stir in eggs and Parmesan. Form into crust in a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Cook beef, onion, and green pepper. Drain. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato past, sugar, oregano, and garlic salt. Heat thoroughly. Spread cottage cheese over bottom of crust. Fill pie plate with tomato mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese--bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
